1. How do I improve the relevance of my search results?
If your results aren’t as relevant as expected:
- Use Advanced Search to apply filters like document type, status, or text type.
- Try Query Expansion to include related terms automatically.
- Switch to AI Semantic Search for context-aware results instead of keyword matching.
2. No search results are found for my query. What can I do?
- Check for spelling errors or overly specific phrases.
- Remove restrictive filters (e.g., document type or status). Use broader keywords or enable Query Expansion.
- Switch from Advanced Keyword Search to AI Semantic Search for better coverage.
3. How do I save my query and rerun it later?
- In Advanced Search, click Save Search after setting your parameters.
- Access saved searches from the Saved Searches dropdown to re-run or modify them anytime.
4. How do I know which results are most relevant?
- Look at the Score column in the results grid. Higher scores indicate stronger relevance.
- Use Sort to arrange results by score for quick prioritization.
